Kaoru is a Certified Tea Sommelier with over 19 years of experience helping tea lovers to find high-quality tea and also to suggest to them that tea drinking can be a part of their healthy lifestyle.

Whether you’re a total newbie or just curious about what makes wine and cheese such a perfect pair, this fun and relaxed evening is for you. Join us for a beginner-friendly tasting featuring 4 wines and a selection of expertly paired cheeses.
No wine snobbery here — just good sips, great bites, and down-to-earth education. You’ll learn the basics of tasting, pairing, and enjoying wine, with plenty of time to ask questions, explore flavors, and connect with fellow wine-curious folks. We'll discuss how to taste wine & cheese and give you the tools you need to find your new favourite flavours!

Note: The wine will be commercial wines from the LCBO, not wines supplied by Homecraft Brew & Wine Supplies. Our liquor license does not allow us to use Brew on Premise wines, but we ARE able to take advantage of Rob's wine expertise for this event!

Indulge in a delightful selection of craft beers expertly paired with a variety of artisanal cheeses. We will guide you through the tasting experience, providing insights into the flavors and characteristics of each pairing.
But that's not all! We'll also be putting your trivia skills to the test. Grab a team of friends or join one on the spot, and compete against other beer and cheese enthusiasts. From general knowledge to beer and cheese-related questions, there's something for everyone.
Whether you're a beer connoisseur, a cheese lover, or simply looking for a fun night out, this event promises to be a great time. Don't miss out on this unique opportunity to expand your palate and have a blast!
Each ticket includes 4x5oz craft beer samples and a plate of cheese & crackers, as well as attendance to the event. Tickets can be shared between two people, but the portions remain the same. Please indicate in the order notes if you'll be sharing a ticket. There will also be additional cheese boxes available for purchase at the time of the event. Let us know in advance if you'd like an extra so we can make sure we have enough!
