Cheese and Charcuterie Board 101

Join us for a relaxed, hands-on Charcuterie & Cheese Board Workshop where we’ll turn simple ingredients into edible art. You’ll learn how to assemble a show-stopping board from scratch — complete with gourmet cheeses , cured meats , fruit , spreads, nuts, crackers, and more. Every participant gets their own board and ingredients to work with, so you’ll leave with a finished masterpiece to take home (and a very happy stomach!).

We’ll start with the basics: how to choose cheeses that pair beautifully together, how to balance flavours and textures, and how to mix sweet, salty, creamy, and crunchy elements like a pro. Then, I’ll walk you step-by-step through arranging your board — from slicing and folding meats like they do in restaurants to creating those swoon-worthy cheese and fruit layouts that impress every guest. 

You’ll pick up practical tips like:
How to plan quantities for any size gathering
Creative pairings that make your board unforgettable
Tricks for perfect presentation (it’s easier than you think!)
