Creel & Gambrel Saucisson Sec – Five Peppers is a French inspired salami made using 100% Canadian pork (shoulder and/or buttock) and natural ingredients. The flavour profile of this Saucisson Sec is dominated by the pork and carefully balanced with sea salt, five types of whole and crushed peppercorns, and spices that serve to enhance the porcine perfection. After stuffing into natural casings, the sausages are allowed to ferment before being dry-aged for a minimum of 21 days, resulting in a satisfying toothsome texture that is rich in taste with an enjoyable funkiness.

These small salami balls are from France, and they are just the most snappy, delicious and adorable charcuterie option!! Chorizo is a pork-based sausage seasoned with garlic and smoked paprika (either spicy or mild) and typically made into a longer sausage. These adorable little guys give you the same flavour profile as "regular" chorizo but in a cuter form! Not too spicy, this snappy salami is a great way to switch it up from the usual.

If you've been around since I first opened, you probably recognize these adorable little peppers. These are SWEETY DROP PEPPERS from the mountains of Peru! These tiny gems may be small, but they’re BURSTING with sweet, tangy flavor! I used to carry them all the time, but they stopped being available around 2 years ago and I've been patiently waiting for their return. They're sold in little jars with a super light & mild brine - a little tangy, a little sour, a little sweet and perfectly balanced! Native to the Amazon rainforest, these little teardrop-shaped peppers add the perfect pop of color and zing to salads, pizzas, pastas, and cheese boards.

Handcrafted in traditional copper pans, Snowdonia chutneys are a fantastic accompaniment to your favourite cheeses. Slightly sweet, sticky and scrumptious, you won't be disappointed by these spreads!

These honeys come from Miellerie Rayon d'Or, a honey producer between the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean, in the heart of a wonderful beekeeping region thanks to a very great floral diversity. The Rayon d'Or honey house was founded half a century ago, and is located far, far away from large cities with lots of pollution, giving their honey exceptional quality, purity and flavour.
These honeys come in 5 flavours: Rosemary, Forest, Lavender, Mountain, Orange Tree
Each honey will have a slightly different flavour profile based on where the bees live, so the ones in the mountains will make mountain honey, and the ones in the forest will make forest honey! Subtle differences, but still differences nonetheless!
